For specific policies on Digital Content, Coaching, and Events, please refer to those sections below. For anything else, if you are not satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of purchase. In any event, no refunds will be provided after more than 14 days following your purchase.
Should a refund be necessary, we will process your request within 24 hours. Online payments will be refunded by our merchant account vendor thereafter, usually within 48 hours.
For online items, after ordering, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. If your payment method is immediately processed, then you will also receive confirmation of your access and/or login details immediately upon payment and shortly thereafter by email.
If you wish to investigate non-delivery of a product, or if something you have ordered is inaccessible for any reason, please contact us within 24 hours of your purchase using the form located here and describe in detail the problem you are having. We will attempt to offer a solution as quickly as possible. If we are unable to rectify a technical problem on our end within seven days, then we will offer you a refund.
Credit Card Fraud
If you believe you have been the victim of credit card fraud or your details have been improperly used to purchase anything from our site, please contact your credit card provider or PayPal and notify them of your concern.
Because of the immediately consumable online nature of digital content, such as eBooks, document-based tool kits, videos, podcasts and other recordings, we generally do not offer refunds (unless required by law), but we do want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, please select carefully when purchasing an eBook, tool kit, video, or recording from our site. We try to provide detailed and accurate information about all products to ensure that you are making informed purchasing decisions and welcome your feedback.
There are no refunds available for coaching programs. The reason is simple. Your engagement in coaching is critical to your success. Please only enroll if you are ready to commit to being successful. We will keep you progressing, but it is your responsibility to show up, utilize what you receive from our sessions, and put it into action. Exceptions may be made if someone is unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. inclement weather or illness). However, because the time is blocked out well in advance on our calendars, we may charge half of the coaching session cost, if notice is given less than 2 days prior to the appointment.
We will do everything in our power to ensure that our events happen when and where you are expecting them to, but please understand that some things are outside of our control. We also wish to ensure that you always have a pleasant experience with our company and will always try to make things right. Please afford us and the other attendees of our events the same courtesies.
Our class and webinar sizes are limited. If you are unable to attend any session for which you registered, please contact us ASAP by using our contact form here, so we can offer your spot to another person.

Please test your connection and confirm your ability to access our online platform well in advance of any online event.
If you are having difficulty attending an online event due to technical issues, please contact our webinar platform provider for assistance by using the instructions contained in the confirmation email and/or calendar appointment. If they are unable to help you, you will usually be able to listen to the recording on our website after the event.
If there is an issue with our presenter’s connectivity or the event platform that prevents the majority of attendees from successfully connecting and attending an online event, we will reschedule the event or issue a refund, if applicable.
Legal Learning Development Network Cancellation
If a Legal Learning Development Network in-person or online event is cancelled due to low registration, inclement weather, or other unforeseen circumstance, participants will be promptly notified and offered an opportunity to attend a rescheduled session, whenever possible. Existing registrations will be honored when the event is rescheduled, so it is the registrant’s duty to notify us at least two business days prior to the rescheduled event date, if they are unable to attend and need a refund. Of course, if we are unable to reschedule, then registration fees, if applicable, will be refunded. Because online events are recorded and made freely available to registrants, refunds will generally not be issued for those.
